MERPS High School Groups

High School students are invited to participate in MERPS, groups designed to give students a chance to really talk about their own lives, process their walk with God and bring the questions we all have to a safe environment.  MERPS stands for Mental, Emotional, Relational, Physical, and Spiritual check-in!  For 2024-2025 we are only offering MERPS to our HS girls.  If any HS boys are interested, please contact Jennifer.

Breakaway Youth Retreats 2025

In the last few months I have had the privilege of hearing from several high school students about how the Breakaway retreats changed their life and helped them devote themselves more to Christ.

If you have students in Middle or High School, please prayerfully consider sending your students to the upcoming retreats! These retreats are focused on Christ and the students' walk with Him. There is great discussion, loads of fun, worship, games, and more. If you are interested here is a cool video to get you and your student excited about the retreat: Breakaway Promo Video.  Please email Jennifer with any question you might have!

  1. Register your student to attend                                                                                                                  Please register for the HS retreat by Feb 2nd and for the MS retreat by Feb 16th.  (Please note that if you have already emailed me that your student would like to attend, I still need you to fill out this form. Thank you!)
  2. We are staying at a Young Life Camp, so EVERY person (leader and student) must fill out the Young Life online Consent Form.  This year the camp is ONLY utilizing the online form.
  3. Print, fill out, and return the GAC Parent Release 2025 Form.  You can scan this in and email to Jennifer before the retreat, give to Jennifer on a Sunday morning, or bring it to the leaders on the day we leave for the retreat.  However, we CANNOT LEAVE without this signed by a parent!  We will have blank copies at the van for anyone who forgets, so no worries:)
  4. Make your payment:

Checks made payable to: "Grace Anglican Church"

Memo line: "MS/HS Breakaway + Name of student"

Payment is due for your student by the first day of the retreat.  We collect checks and paperwork at the van and all payments for each retreat are deposited together, so if you pay ahead of time it will not be deposited until after the retreat. Remember that we do have scholarships!!  Please indicate need on the Google Registration Form in step #1 and I'll be in contact with you about it!

Youth Ministry

Grace Anglican welcomes the opportunity to walk along side families as they seek to raise their students in the grace, knowledge, and love of God.

This summer, we are currently taking a break from weekly discipleship classes for youth grades 6th to 12th grade.  Instead, we invite the youth to worship in service and come join us for fun, summer events!

Please contact Jennifer Hoffman for information on how your student can get involved!
