Ongoing Opportunities:
WRM has been serving men, women, and children experiencing homelessness and poverty in our community since 1973. Deeply rooted in their history is a love of Christ and a desire to share that love with others through critical services and life-changing programs. Resident shelter, hot meals served, and a “market”, in partnership with Blue Ridge Food Bank, are some ways WRM serves Winchester.

FISH has been meeting the needs of their community with compassion and enthusiasm since our founding in 1968. In cooperation with local churches and organizations, as well as private citizens, they provide monthly food and support to any Clarke County resident.
FISH is a volunteer-led non-profit Christian ministry that provides support to neighbors in need who are lacking the basic necessities of life such as food and clothing, and/or needing assistance with financial issues and a fuller integration into our local community life.
